Mint Chocolate Chip Cake

Check out this mint chocolate chip "ice cream" cake we did for a very special man on his 70th birthday!  He is an amazing father of six, grandfather of nineteen, and a great-grandfather of two!  A milk chocolate cake, filled with mint chocolate chip buttercream, topped with mint milk chocolate buttercream and finished with all kinds of mint chocolate goodies...Mint Oreo Thins, Andes Mint Chocolates, a scoop of mint chocolate chip buttercream with an ice cream cone, and Fudge Covered Mint Oreos.

We had the absolute privilege of making a wedding cake for a beautiful couple this past Friday.  It was a a vanilla cake over a dark chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and a simple design as the florist was adding flowers.   Congratulations to Clark and Mary!  May God bless you with a long, happy life together!
