Welcome to Forever SCratch Bakery! My name is Stephanie and I have been baking for family, friends, and friends of friends for decades. The "SC" in SCratch is for myself and my daughter Claire, who helps me when she has time. Also, SCratch describes who we are as a home bakery, one that specializes in making as much as possible from scratch using the most wholesome, natural ingredients. Every single item is made to order!
